Returns

CHARACTER has a 14 day return policy: you have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to ship/return it to our returns center for a refund or exchange.

Any complaint regarding the delivery of the Product(s) must be submitted by email within 14 working days of receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels, etc.), using the documents provided in the package. Any package returned after the prescribed deadline will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks relating to the return of the Product(s) are the responsibility of the sender. 

​

For customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition in tis original packaging, intact, with its label attached, unworn, accompanied by all its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

​

The customer does not have to justify the reasons for their return or pay any penalties, with the exception of return costs and any potential customs duties.

​

CHARACTER cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage to the package. Packages for which customer identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible will be refused. 

​

Upon receipt of the returned Product(s) by the Customer, customer service will send confirmation of receipt of the Product by email.

Exchanges

If you are interested in a different size, color or style, please send an email to contact.characterparis@gmail.com with the references of the new item that you will find on the website www.character-paris.com and return your items in order that we can exchange the items for you.

Refunds

If the entire order is returned, the refund will exclude CHARACTER's standard delivery charges. For this purpose, the customer inserts the delivery invoice indicating the package tracking number in the return package. CHARACTER will refund the Customer for the sums paid by the latter and corresponding to the acquisition of the returned Products (therefore excluding any customs duties), within a maximum period of 14 days by bank transfer to the account used with the credit card bearing the client name.

Please note that a deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than necessary.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the returns information label.

-Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the label and seal still attached.

-All products delivered in their own packaging, including, shoes and accessories, must be return in their original, undamaged packing, as they are considered part of the product.

-Please be sure to return large products that come in their own box inside another sturdy cardboard box to avoid damaging the original packaging.

Quality

If an item received is classified as faulty and has been damaged, you must contact us immediately upon receipt.
