DELIVERY

Free delivery

CHARACTER offers standard delivery for orders over €250 in Europe.

Please note that free delivery will be applied to your order at checkout.

Delivery times are indicative. Please note that delivery to an outlying rural address may take longer.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm (CEST) will be dispatched the same day. During sales periods, deliveries may be delayed due to a large number of orders.

All orders are sent by la Poste and delivered against signature. La Poste usually delivers between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (CEST) on working days. When placing your order, you can indicate an alternative daytime delivery address, such as your work address (recommended).

Taxes and customs fees

Product prices are expressed in Euros, all taxes included and excluding customs duties. For orders outside the EU, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

CHARACTER cannot be held responsible for any actions and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Important information

Delivery times are given as an indication and do no take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs clearance times. We do not deliver to PO boxes. All orders are fully traceable via laposte.com

First order policy

For security reasons, CHARACTER reserves the right to ship orders for the first time to the cardholder's billing address or verified work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when ordering.

Insurance

CHARACTER insures every purchase during transit time until it is delivered to you. All orders requires a signature upon delivery. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery, you also agree that the third party's signature constitutes sufficient proof of delivery.

Order status

All orders are shipped with La Poste and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have any questions regarding your shipment.
